Coaching for teams
At Catalyst Thinking Partners, we coach the team together as a collective, in parallel with one-to-one coaching for individuals, and support and observe team meetings and events.

At Catalyst Thinking Partners, our mediators help those in dispute to communicate about the issues of concern to them and help participants find solutions that are acceptable to everybody involved.
Within mediation, offers can be made without influencing what happens if the dispute is eventually resolved in court (known as offers made ‘without prejudice’) which can enable participants to try to reach a settlement without compromising their position. Also, the settlement can make provisions or terms which a court would lack the authority to insist upon. For example, the parties could decide to agree, as a term of their settlement, a new contractual relationship in lieu of the payment of damages or similar. This is particularly valuable in situations where, for example, there is a relationship which the parties want to continue.
Mediators might provide participants with information or options available to parties, but they do so from a neutral perspective with no beneficiary interest in the outcome of the dispute and do not impose a solution. The decision to settle and the terms of an agreement rest solely with the parties themselves, not the mediator. As such, it gives both parties control over the outcome and the terms of resolution.
